But then my father-in-law gave us a this Light Sussex rooster who is very gentle and quiet. <br /><br />While we were feeding the chickens one day we noticed that the rooster didn't eat the food that we gave them. He would carry it to the hens, drop it by them, point to it, and then cluck until they found it.
